Aioli with olive paste of black olives
Recipe for 4 people
Ingredients
4 TL | Olive paste made from black olives (at least 87 % olive content) |
2 | Garlic cloves, pressed |
2 TB | Extra virgin olive oil |
approx. 5 tbsp | Mayonnaise |
approx. 5 leaves | Basil, chopped |
preparation
Mix the olive paste from black olives with the olive oil and the pressed garlic cloves.
Add the mixture to the mayonnaise by the spoonful and make sure that it does not curdle (due to too much olive paste).
Finally, stir in the basil and leave to cool until consumed.
Tastes great on toasted white bread.
