Crostini with truffles
Recipe for 4 people
Ingredients
| 3 – 4 EL | Summer truffle sauce with mushrooms with extra virgin olive oil |
| 30 g | butter |
| 1 | small pressed garlic clove |
| 1 | anchovy fillet in salt |
| 4 slices | White bread, getoastet |
| 5 g | Truffle carpaccio in extra virgin olive oil pickled truffle slices |
| Truffle oil based on the best extra virgin olive oil | |
| salt | |
| Parmesan | |
| Truffles (summer truffles) |
preparation
Wash, grind and chop the anchovy fillet.
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the pressed garlic clove and the anchovy and fry gently for 1 – 2 minutes. Now add the summer truffle sauce and warm up on a low heat.
Spread the toasted white bread slices with the mixture, round off with sea salt and a drop of truffle oil. Garnish with freshly planed parmesan and fresh truffles.
