Crostini with truffles
Recipe for 4 people
|3 - 4 TBSP.||Sommer truffle sauce with mushrooms with extra virgin olive oil|
|1||small pressed clove of garlic|
|1||Anchovy fillet marinated in salt|
|4 Slices||White bread, toasted|
|5 g||Truffle carpaccio slices marinated in extra virgin olive oil|
|Truffle oil based on the best extra virgin olive oil|
|Truffle (summer truffle)|
Wash, bone and chop the anchovy fillet.
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the pressed garlic clove and the anchovy and fry lightly for 1 - 2 min. Now add the summer truffle sauce and heat over a low flame.
Spread the toasted white bread slices with the mixture, round off with sea salt and a drop of truffle oil. Garnish with freshly shaved Parmesan and fresh truffle.
