Crostini with truffles
Recipe for 4 people
|3 À 4 CUILLÈRES À SOUPE.||Summer truffle sauce with mushrooms with extra virgin olive oil|
|1||small pressed garlic clove|
|1||anchovy fillet in salt|
|4 slices||White bread, getoastet|
|5 g||Truffle carpaccio in extra virgin olive oil pickled truffle slices|
|Truffle oil based on the best extra virgin olive oil|
|Truffles (summer truffles)|
Wash, grind and chop the anchovy fillet.
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the pressed garlic clove and the anchovy and fry gently for 1 – 2 minutes. Now add the summer truffle sauce and warm up on a low heat.
Spread the toasted white bread slices with the mixture, round off with sea salt and a drop of truffle oil. Garnish with freshly planed parmesan and fresh truffles.
