Aioli with black olive paste
Recipe for 4 people
|4 TSP||Olive paste from black olives (min. 87% olive content)|
|2||Garlic cloves, pressed|
|2 TBSP.||Extra virgin olive oil|
|approx. 5 tbsp.||Mayonnaise|
|approx. 5 leaves||Basil, finely chopped|
Mix the black olive paste with the olive oil and the pressed garlic cloves.
Add the mixture by the spoonful to the mayonnaise, making sure that it does not curdle (due to too much olive paste).
Finally, stir in the basil and chill until ready to eat.
Tastes great on toasted white bread.
